Hello, I am Mauricio Munoz, a proud new American hailing from Columbia just a couple decades ago.  I left my home country as at that time, it was VERY unstable to come to this country to follow my dreams.

When arriving with a few dollars, good attitude and hard work ethic I have been able to build two million dollar companies in the Tampa Bay Area.  My friends tell me that my smile and friendly South American attitude helps.  I can assure you, America is still the land of Free Enterprise for those willing to work hard to chase their goals.  You see, I was a trained engineer only speaking Spanish and had lost my business to a corrupt system.  But, I had family that needed to eat so I put my head down and worked.

Why do I tell you this?  Good question.  The reason is simple, after being here in Tampa for close to 20 years, I know a lot of hard working people that share a very similar story.  And a lot of them have also created similar businesses that deal with helping people improve their residential or commercial properties.  

One thing I have learned above all else, the customer comes first.  I hope if you are reading this that one day soon we can share an espresso.  – Mauricio

The Tampa Bay greater area is growing like never before.  It is a wonderful place to live.  And we wish to do our part in helping people maximize their property value.

Not only do we earn our livings here, we also are steeply involved in community betterment organizations such as non profits, churches and schools.  Let’s face it, the local and state government agencies are there to keep us safe, provide modern infrastructure and support our interests.

Our job, as citizens, is to build towns, cities and counties into productive groups that help make the world a better place.  That is one of our objectives.
