Blue Hawk Agents can earn up to 30% on their individual sales and up to another 20% on sales generated by their personally recruited and trained sales team.  All compensation percentages are paid on UPV.

UPV – UPV or Unique Project Value is the income Blue Hawk receives from service providers for making a product or service sale.  

One example might be Blue Hawk receives five thousand UPV dollars for helping an automotive business find a new valuable commercial truck type customer.

Another example could be Blue Hawk receives two thousand UPV dollars for helping a medical spa with their digital marketing.  

Another example could be Blue Hawk receives ten thousand UPV dollars for helping a business owner sell their business.  

The examples of what we can do are endless.  That is what makes Blue Hawk appealing and potentially very lucrative and fun. Please meet with your Sales Managers to ensure you fully understand how the compensation plan works.  

A) Introduction. The key to success as a part or full time Blue Hawk Sales Agent is a fast start.  Basically, how fast can someone understand the Blue Hawk products and services, basic procedures and how to build a qualified prospect funnel that will achieve the initial goals of the Agent.

Products & Services – We and our affiliates offer a wide array of products and services such as digital advertising, business and sales training, finance and accounting, PR and marketing, commercial and residential property services, business sales & acquisitions, real estate, consulting to exit, business engineering, etc.  Please study the various websites we provide and have your Sales Manager help you fully understand what we can offer.

There are unlimited ways to create a prospect funnel.  Best method is to know the products and services and then target areas that you are most familiar with or attracted to.

B) Income Potential. Some Agents will want to earn enough compensation for their efforts to cover a monthly car payment, others may want to earn millions.  Anything is possible with Blue Hawk Exchange.

We are a firm believer in relationship building. Thus, we will value the integrity of your relationship with anyone you introduce to Blue Hawk Exchange.  We understand your clients equate to your income and thus, your business.  We are here to help, not bypass you. This is important as we want you to know one of our main goals is to support you while you create a secondary or full time income with us.

C) Initial Prospect Funnel – Surprisingly, most of our smart phones average between 500 and one thousand contacts.  And if you, as an Agent, decide to recruit and manage other Agents, there are endless prospects from your phone and their phones, and their phones, and so on…

There are unlimited ways to create a prospect funnel.  Best method is to know the products and services and then target areas that you are most familiar with or attracted to.

With our various services, we have some sales cycles that are longer than others.  When getting started it is wise to sort out your prospects by shortest to longest cycles and from Hot to Cold and keep adjusting on a day by day basis.  In that manner, you can create your income goals in a faster manner. 

D) Strategic Plan – To best help you succeed, we have created a sequence of training courses and study items that will help you be most efficient with whatever time you are able to allocate to this business.

Please get a copy from your Sales Manager ASAP so you can move step by step to your initial goals and objectives.  Just like flying a plane, a checklist helps all of us ensure we are not missing anything important that could or will provide us with a safer and smoother ride.

And, if not a sales veteran, we also offer basic and advanced prospecting and sales training courses that will help build an initial prospect funnel. We also can provide a strong variety of additional business training courses too.

Referral Agent 

Referral Agents simply refer prospective clients to their Sales Manager or Blue Hawk and earn 10% on any sales that are generated from the referrals. The training courses, events, networking meetings and workshops are available to all Agents.

Referral Agents must follow the terms of agreement and we recommend they study our various websites to better learn all the available products and services we offer. 

Bronze Agent   

To reach Bronze status, and qualify for Bronze level sales compensation, a Bronze Agent will need to complete the items listed below and recruit and train one or more Agents to do the same.  Bronze Agents can earn 10% on referral leads they provide to Blue Hawk and 30% on any self generated sales without assistance.

Action Items: Fully Understand the Compensation Plan, Study Blue Hawk & Affiliate Websites, Watch Training & Testimonial Videos, Fully Read Terms of Agreement, Get a Blue Hawk Agent Email address, Order Business Cards, Get access to Blue Hawk Prospect Tracking System, Review Agent Policy and Procedures, Watch Bronze Training Videos, Complete the Business Builder Training Course and do the Keys to Success Sales Course lineup. 

Silver Agent   

To reach Silver status, an Agent will have completed all the other previously available sales and business training and recruited and helped at least five other Sales Agents to achieve Bronze status. Silver Agents can earn 10% on referral leads they provide to Blue Hawk and 30% on any self generated sales without assistance and 20% on any sales they make from Blue Hawk provided leads.

Also, Silver Agents are eligible to receive some bonuses consisting of very advanced on location leadership training that consists of over thirty specialized advanced courses that help increase one’s ability to build a substantial prospect funnel.  Also, we will reward Silver Agents with the opportunity to take courses that are the key to sales success and how to better flourish and prosper. 

Gold Agent  

To reach Gold status, an Agent will have completed all the other previously available sales and business training and will have personally recruited and trained at least five other Sales Agents that collectively produce a minimum of ten thousand dollars in UPV.

Gold Agents receive all the sales compensation a Silver Agent receives and they also earn a 5% monthly bonus on their teams UPV volume.

Also, Gold Agents are eligible to receive very advanced on location leadership training that consists of over thirty specialized advanced courses that help increase one’s proficiency with selling, prospecting, finances, marketing, organization, etc. 

Diamond Agent

To reach Diamond status, an Agent will have completed all the other sales and business training and recruited and helped at least five other Sales Agents to achieve Gold status.  At this level, a substantial full time residual income and wonderful lifestyle will have been achieved.

To reach Diamond status, an Agent will have completed all the other previously available sales and business training and will have personally recruited and trained at least five other Sales Agents that collectively produce a minimum of ten thousand dollars in UPV.

Dimond Agents receive all the sales compensation a Gold Agent receives and they also earn an additional 5% quarterly Diamond bonus on their Gold teams UPV volume.

Also, Diamond Agents are eligible to receive some bonuses consisting of very advanced on location leadership training that consists of Executive Competence, High Level Marketing, CEO Management training.
