D) Our Procedure For How to Onboard a New Prospect  

Our administrative team is prepared to help you coordinate the onboarding of any potential Blue Hawk prospect to ensure they are helped with appropriate service provider bids in as short of a time as possible. How does it work? 

1) Blue Hawk Reps fill out a prospect form on any of our service pages with as much detail as possible

2) We then enter the prospect data into our internal tracking platform  

3) We coordinate phone calls or meetings with Reps and Prospects as needed to ensure we fully duplicate what is needed and wanted

4) Once the above is done, we coordinate with prospects and service providers until orders are placed

5) Once orders are fully paid for and delivered, we pay commissions

E) Prospect Pipeline or Funnel Building – The largest challenge – by actual survey – for a majority of sales people is creating a large enough pipeline or sales funnel and doing the necessary follow up to achieve their various sales targets and goals.
