Keanan Kintzel – President

Keanan has co-founded, managed and helped expand several multimillion dollar enterprises in a diverse portfolio of Telecommunications, Digital Marketing, Nutrition, Aviation, Software Engineering and Real Estate. Keanan earned engineering and aviation degrees from both Embry-Riddle Aeronautical & Arizona State Universities. With over thirty years in business, he has cultivated expertise in Business Development, Management and Administrative.

Keanan has helped many thousands of small business owners with business coaching and training and he is a Board member of a digital marketing and software company and a business training and consulting firm. He is also a Board Member for several Non Profit Organizations helping people with affordable housing, homelessness and youth education initiatives and is a former Chairman of a City Development Board.  

 

Maurice Munoz – Operations

Mauricio is a Civil Engineer from South America and is an experienced small business owner with a productive history working in the Automotive, Nutrition and Commercial Services industries. Mauricio is a skilled Bi-lingual Executive with a strong business development background with an engineering degree from Catholic University of Colombia.

Mauricio has built and operated several companies and has a passion for statistically managing the business development side of any equation. While Mauricio helps others on a regular basis to grow their businesses, along with his, he is very active in helping a several hundred million dollar company from Utah expand across the world.   

Robert Lanteigne – Contractor Administration

Robert Lanteigne is a veteran builder, mentor, and strategic leader with over four decades of experience in launching, scaling, and optimizing businesses across the construction industry. As Executive Manager of a local contracting company, Robert aims to transform how contractors operate, turning chaotic, day-to-day hustling into streamlined, profitable enterprises.

With a no-nonsense approach and a deep understanding of tradespeople’s challenges, Robert leads from experience. He’s been in the trenches, from managing tight deadlines and budgets to mentoring teams and rebuilding business structures from the ground up.

Today, he brings this hard-earned insight to Blue Hawk where he helps contractors and service-based entrepreneurs sharpen their systems, train their teams, and build businesses that last.

Kurtis Kintzel – Expansion

Kurtis is a high producing, consistent and competent Executive specializing in business expansion. His passion in business is helping others generate large volumes of new customers. With advanced business studies at both Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Los Angeles based Hubbard College of Administration, Kurtis brings a very deep understanding of organizational flows, sales, operations and business development. 

Kurtis spent the past three decades as a Senior Executive and owner of several successful multi million dollar enterprises in Insurance, Telecommunications, Digital Marketing, Real Estate, Home Improvement and Sports Tournaments.  Starting his career in high school with door to door sales, Kurtis deeply understands the value of relationships, sales and customer service. 

Stephen Hall – Corporate Affairs

Stephen is on the board of directors and a Co-Founder of ORock Technologies. He has served as an advisor for a wide range of companies, with a focus in the real estate and technology sectors. Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and is a fellow in taxation. He started his career in Tax Accounting in Los Angeles in 1998. His expertise includes real estate, technology and other complex business transactions.  Mr. Hall serves as a member of the board of directors of several privately held entities. 

Stephen Hall is an Enrolled Agent that specializes in tax planning and tax preparation for US taxpayers in all 50 jurisdictions in the United States. He is the Chairman of Robert Hall & Associates tax accounting firm and and Advisor for technology startups, real estate developments, food technologies, early-stage angel investments and fund management.

Greg Molinaro – Greg is an Electrical Engineer (Purdue Boilermakers) with three decades of helping Fortune 500 companies create multi millions in new Business Expansion & Development.  (Hershey, Coke, Rockwell, to name a few)

Engineering optimization process, increasing profitability, and ROI.

Exceeding goals and objectives for multiple companies, corporate and non-corporate, in the Americas and Europe.

Craig Kintzel, Purdue Aeronautical Engineer, Vietnam era Navy F8-U Fighter Pilot, Boeing Aircraft Co, American Airlines Captain retired.

Craig is the epitome of a well heeled engineer and applies the science of statistical management to everything he does.  His aviation stories are still mesmerizing from the days prior to computer assisted flight.  While casually talking he will rattle off old friends and associates that were an integral part of Americas hay days of advanced flight testing to NASA to the race to the moon.

During his aviation career, Craig applied his engineering experience to the world of Direct Sales – business development – where he built several very large organizations that continue helping hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs producing billions in sales to this day. We are fortunate to have access to his experience and wisdom with clients that wish to fly at higher altitudes.
