Hello, I am Jeannine Hall.  I am from Ohio but now lived in Florida for many decades.

I used to own a roofing company in Orlando where we had close to 100 employees and helped thousands successfully fix, repair or install new roofs all across the area.   

Now, I am part of the expanding Blue Hawk network and help project manage and find good contractors that can help you with your property.  We strive to recommend a couple potential contractors for the work you might need to give you high quality in as affordable price as possible.

Today’s world brings us all a bit of uncertainty and owning properties can provide a myriad of ways to lose both time and money.  I do understand this as I help quite a few owners ensure their properties remain efficient and are run well for them and their tenants.

The Tampa Bay greater area is growing like never before.  It is a wonderful place to live.  And we wish to do our part in helping people maximize their property value.

Not only do we earn our livings here, we also are steeply involved in community betterment organizations such as non profits, churches and schools.  Let’s face it, the local and state government agencies are there to keep us safe, provide modern infrastructure and support our interests.

Our job, as citizens, is to build towns, cities and counties into productive groups that help make the world a better place.  That is one of our objectives.
