Independent Contractor Status
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Once your application is accepted, you will become an Independent Contractor (IRS Tax Form 1099).
You are free to work whenever and however you wish as long as you are in compliance with our various policies.

Sell & Recruit & Earn
Exchange (Sales) Representatives
Earn commissions on their individual sales and additional bonuses on sales generated by their personally recruited and trained sales team.
All commissions are paid on what the company receives per project, otherwise known as UPV (Unique Project Value)
Referral Exchange Rep
Refer prospects to a Sales Manager and earn 10% commission.
Also, you can earn $1,000 (10% on initial $10,000) for any Qualified Service Provider you recruit.
Certified Exchange Rep
A) Earn 30% on Blue Hawk Leads
B) Earn 50% on Your Own Leads
C) Split Earnings if a Tag Sale
Ambassador Exchange Rep
Earn an additional 10% sales bonus on your entire teams gross revenues paid to Blue Hawk.
To qualify, complete Ambassador training, build a team of five or more qualified Executive Exchange Rep Channels that produce a total of more than $100k per month.
Terms for Bonuses & Residuals
To qualify to earn team bonuses or residual commissions on team or personal client orders an Exchange Rep must be Active.
Active status means two or more personal sales in the previous 90 days and the annual administrative registration fee is paid in full.
