Once your initial application is accepted, you will become an Independent Contractor (IRS Tax Form 1099) that is free to work whenever and however you so desire as long as you are in compliance with our various policies and procedures and Terms of Agreement.

Blue Hawk Exchange Representatives can earn up to 30% on their individual sales and additional bonuses on sales generated by their personally recruited and trained sales team.  All compensation percentages are paid on what the company receives per project.

EXAMPLES: You earn a commission by helping Blue Hawk earn $1,000 for helping an automotive business find a new valuable customer. Or you earn a commission by helping Blue Hawk earn $5,000 for helping a medical spa with their digital marketing.  Or, you earn a commission by helping Blue Hawk earn $25,000 for helping a business owner sell their business.

Blue Hawk Exchange Rep

An Exchange Rep simply refers prospective clients to their Sales Manager or Blue Hawk and earn 10% on any sales that are generated from the referrals. The training courses, events, networking meetings and workshops are available to all Exchange Reps.

Of course, Exchange Reps, like any others, must follow the terms of agreement and we recommend they study our various websites to better learn all the available products and services we offer. 

Blue Hawk Senior Executive Exchange Rep

To become a Senior Executive, you will need to complete the business builder training course and do the Keys to Success Sales package.

Senior Executives earn an additional 20% on any sales made from leads provided FROM Blue Hawk and 30% on any SELF generated sales. Also, Senior Executives earn a 5% sales bonus on any sales made from Exchange Reps they recruit and train.

Blue Hawk Ambassador Exchange Rep

Ambassadors earn an additional 5% sales bonus on the income generated from their team of Exchange Reps. 

To reach “Ambassador” status, and qualify for this additional compensation, you will need to build a team of Exchange Reps that produces a specific amount of monthly business volume and also complete the Ambassador training checklist.  

A) Introduction. The key to success as a part or full time Blue Hawk Representative is a fast start.  Basically, how fast can someone understand the Blue Hawk products and services, basic procedures and how to build a qualified prospect funnel that will achieve your initial goals.

Products & Services – We and our various Service Providers offer a wide array of products and services such as business and sales training, finance and accounting, PR and marketing, commercial and residential property services, business sales & acquisitions, real estate, consulting to exit, business engineering, etc.  Please study the various websites we provide and have your Sales Manager help you fully understand what we can offer.

B) Income Potential. Some Representatives will want to earn enough compensation for their efforts to cover a monthly car payment, others may want to earn millions.  Anything is possible with Blue Hawk Exchange. We are a firm believer in relationship building. Thus, we will value the integrity of your relationship with anyone you introduce to Blue Hawk Exchange.  We understand your clients equate to your income and thus, your business. We are here to help, not bypass you. This is important as we want you to know one of our main goals is to support you while you create a secondary or full time income with us.

C) Initial Prospect Funnel – Surprisingly, most of our smart phones average between 500 and one thousand contacts.  And if you, as an Agent, decide to recruit and manage other Agents, there are endless prospects from your phone and their phones, and their phones, and so on…

There are unlimited ways to create a prospect funnel.  Best method is to know the products and services and then target areas that you are most familiar with or attracted to.

With our various services, we have some sales cycles that are longer than others.  When getting started it is wise to sort out your prospects by shortest to longest cycles and from Hot to Cold and keep adjusting on a day by day basis. 

In that manner, you can create your income goals in a faster manner. 

D) Strategic Plan – To best help you succeed, we have created a sequence of training courses and study items that will help you be most efficient with whatever time you are able to allocate to this business.
