Our New Prospect Procedures
As Manager of our overall sales team, it is one of my responsibilities to help coordinate the onboarding of any potential Blue Hawk prospects or leads to ensure they are helped with appropriate service provider bids in as short of a time as possible.
How does it work? Easy, any of our Exchange Representatives simply:
A) Fill out a prospect form on any of our service pages or below with as much detail as possible
B) We then enter the prospect data into our internal tracking system
C) We coordinate phone calls or meetings with you or the prospect or both as needed to ensure we fully duplicate what is needed and wanted
D) Once the above is done, we start working to obtain service provider bids, proposals or quotes
E) And finally, we coordinate directly with the prospect or through you depending upon how you wish to participate.
